PROTOCOL / DESIGN OVERVIEW

From a position
to a market.

ElyBounce is an independent leveraged-token launchpad in development for Elysium. This is the intended architecture, not a live trading service.

01

The underlying

Perpetual exposure originates on Hyperliquid’s HyperCore.

The leveraged token

A transferable token packages a managed long or short position.

Your market

A new token pairs with that exposure on Elysium.

01 / MARKET STRUCTURE

A token with two sources of movement.

The planned ElyBounce model pairs a newly issued token with a leveraged token (LT). The LT represents managed directional exposure to an underlying perpetual market. Trading demand moves the price within the new token’s pool; changes in the LT’s value affect the pool’s quote asset.

This is different from opening a separate perpetual futures market for each new token. Holding a launch token does not give you a fixed, guaranteed multiple of the underlying asset’s return.

02 / THE TRADING FLOW

One interface. Distinct layers.

  1. Select an exposure.Choose from verified, supported LT assets, directions and target leverage levels.
  2. Create a token market. The new token uses its selected LT as the pool’s quote asset. Supply, fees and migration rules must be explicit before launch.
  3. Route the trade.A router can acquire the LT, execute the token trade and return the resulting asset. This requires a valid liquidity or mint/redeem route.
  4. Make the exit visible.Quotes should account for liquidity, redemption capacity, fees, slippage and any cross-chain delays.
03 / INTEGRATION STATUS

Planned carefully.
Verified before release.

Bounce.Tech has announced tokenized perpetuals for Elysium. ElyBounce’s integration is separate work: contract addresses, asset mappings, execution routes and redemption behaviour must be verified. No partnership or endorsement is implied.

04 / KNOW THE RISKS

Leverage changes the downside, too.

Leveraged tokens can lose substantial value. Rebalancing creates path dependency and volatility decay. A design that manages liquidation risk does not eliminate loss, and an LT’s value may approach zero.

Additional risks include liquidity shortages, funding costs, smart-contract defects, operator dependencies, bridging delays and divergence between market price and net asset value. Production documentation will detail implementation-specific controls before trading opens.
